Job Title: Principal Functional Analyst - Oracle Cloud Fusion Finance / OVC

Experience Required: 7-15 years in Oracle Cloud Financials (Fusion) or EBS Financials.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead Oracle Cloud Financials implementations and enhancements (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Expenses, Project Financials).
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for OVC / Oracle Cloud Finance.
- Configure and manage financial modules, including Chart of Accounts, Ledgers, Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Accounting Hub (FAH).
- Perform data migration and integration using FBDI, ADFdi, OIC, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Develop financial reports and dashboards using BI Publisher, OTBI, and Smart View.
- Manage role-based access (RBAC) and maintain data security for finance users.
- Support UAT, testing, and end-to-end process validation during implementations and upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Project Management) to ensure process alignment, compliance, and automation.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer.
Must-Have Skills: - Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials / Fusion modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Expenses.
- Strong functional knowledge of accounting processes, intercompany accounting, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with OIC integrations, FBDI/ADFdi data loading, and API-based automation.
- Expertise in financial reporting tools: OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View.
- Familiarity with security model: RBAC, data access sets, user provisioning.
- Strong experience in system configuration, testing, and UAT.
Preferred Skills: - Exposure to global implementations and multi-entity setups.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH) and subledger configurations.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Education: - Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Computer Science.
- Relevant Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus.

Pay Range: $130K - $150K / Year
