Job Overview: The Sr Manager Applications - Oracle Idea to Market (PLM) will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Oracle Fusion initiatives, focusing on the Idea to Market (PLM) domain. This position is responsible for overseeing system architecture, implementation, operations support, and optimization of PLM processes. The role ensures alignment with the Oracle Fusion platform, custom products, and business processes, while managing platform customizations, extensions, and integrations. The Sr Manager will lead a team of managers, analysts, and developers, fostering growth and delivering scalable, innovative solutions across PLM modules. Additionally, this role will act as a product manager for PLM, shaping the product roadmap to align with organizational vision and emerging technologies.
Responsibilities: - Execute and deliver organizational initiatives and projects within budget and timelines.
- Manage the full lifecycle of Idea to Market (PLM) products, including implementation, enhancements, and operations.
- Lead and mentor a team of application managers, analysts, and developers.
- Establish governance and guidelines for PLM product management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to design strategic roadmaps for PLM systems.
- Oversee application lifecycle for PLM systems, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend platform improvements.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and organizational standards.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven track record with Oracle Fusion implementations, including at least three end-to-end projects.
- 12+ years of experience with Oracle ERP products, with expertise in PLM process cycles.
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion platform preferred; EBS R12 experience required if no Fusion experience.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams in an ERP environment.
- Technical skills in PlSql, OCI, VBCS, and Redwood UI preferred.
- Ability to travel 2%.
- Preferred certifications: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations and Oracle Product Lifecycle Management Certified Implementation Professional.

Pay Range: $160K- $210K
