Job Overview: The Sr Developer Oracle Fusion - Oil Value Chain (OVC) will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Oracle Fusion initiatives, primarily for the OVC track. This is a unique and fulfilling opportunity to work in a specialized hybrid domain that includes custom-built Oracle solutions spanning commodity trading, supply chain logistics, procurement, order management, financial management, and contract lifecycle management. The role is responsible for the overall architecture of applications aligned to the Oracle Fusion platform, leading implementation efforts, supporting operations, and optimizing OVC applications. Additionally, the role involves customizations and extensions of the platform to ensure seamless integration with critical enterprise business functions, enabling growth, efficiency, and operational excellence.
As a technical lead, you will engage in hands-on development activities, shaping scalable and innovative solutions that advance business functions, primarily covering OVC applications. You will collaborate with vendor implementation teams to validate and guide solution design, ensuring seamless project delivery. This role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional development and functional analyst teams to facilitate designs, resolve interdependencies, and deliver robust Oracle solutions that continuously provide measurable business value.
Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end technical solution delivery, including analysis, design, documentation, build, validation, deployment, and support.
- Lead and develop Oracle Fusion solutions across multiple modules and process cycles.
- Design scalable, robust architectures that translate business needs into technical strategies.
- Build CEMLI/RICE components to enable enterprise-grade solutions on the Oracle Fusion platform.
- Create and maintain required technical documentation.
- Provide technical direction, define coding standards, perform peer reviews, and ensure architectural alignment.
- Manage build, deployment, and release strategies, supporting automation across Build & QA.
- Partner with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into aligned Oracle ERP technical solutions.
- Enhance platform performance and user experience through continuous improvements and timely upgrades.
- Evaluate and pilot new Fusion features, recommending adoption to meet evolving business needs.
- Lead technical solution delivery in collaboration with consultants, SI partners, and business stakeholders.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (required).
- Experience with Oracle Fusion implementations in the Manufacturing vertical, with at least two full-cycle implementations (required).
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle ERP solutions development, with a strong understanding of platform functionality, cross-functional integrations, and process cycles (required).
- 3+ years of development experience specifically on the Oracle Fusion platform (OIC, VBCS, FBDI, SQL/PLSQL, OTBI, SOAP/REST APIs, Fusion Data Models Schemas) (required).
- 1+ year of Redwood UI development experience (required).
- Ability to travel up to 2% (required).
- Exposure to and ability to architect release automation and utilize build pipelines (preferred).
- Certifications such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Associate (preferred).

Pay Range: $120k - $135k
