Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS & Infrastructure as Code)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer who is not just an implementer, but an architect of automation. You will be responsible for the design, deployment, and security of our cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate treats "Infrastructure as Code" as a religion and is proactive in identifying bottlenecks, closing security gaps, and optimizing our serverless and containerized environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect & Maintain AWS Ecosystem: Design and manage highly available, scalable environments using the AWS Serverless stack (Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway) and core services (S3, VPC).
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Lead the transition and maintenance of all resources via Terraform, ensuring environment parity and version-controlled infrastructure.
• Container Orchestration: Manage microservices deployment and scaling using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Performance Optimization: Manage and tune Amazon ElastiCache (Redis) for high-speed data retrieval and session management.
• Security First: Implement "Security as Code" within Terraform and AWS. Conduct regular audits to fix security gaps, manage IAM roles, and ensure VPC isolation.
• Monitoring & Observability: Own the monitoring stack to proactively identify issues before they impact users. Come to the table with recommendations for cost-saving and performance improvements.
• Leadership & Proactivity: Act as a self-driven expert who doesn't wait for a ticket to fix a problem. You will mentor junior staff and drive the technical roadmap for our infrastructure.
