Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll & SuccessFactors Solution Architect to lead end-to-end solution design and delivery for HR transformation programs. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and global delivery units while being based at the client location in the U.S. This role requires strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll (US Payroll preferred) along with SAP SuccessFactors suite, and the ability to architect hybrid landscapes (on-premise + cloud). ---
Required Skills & Experience:
Core SAP Expertise 15+ years of SAP experience with:
o Strong background in SAP HCM (Payroll, Time, PA/OM)
o Extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors (EC, ECP preferred) Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Architect Payroll Expertise Deep expertise in:
o US Payroll (mandatory) and Mexico, Canadian Payroll( Preffered)
o Payroll configuration (schemas, rules)
o Compliance and statutory regulations SuccessFactors Experience in multiple SF modules, with at least Employee Central
mandatory Experience in SF implementations, Support, migrations, and global rollouts Technical & Integration Strong experience with:
o SAP BTP / CPI integrations
o Hybrid architecture (ECC/S4 + SF)
o APIs and middleware solutions Leadership Experience working onsite with U.S. clients Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to lead cross-functional and global teams
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP certifications in multiple modules is preferred with atleast on the below certification:
o SAP SuccessFactors (EC) Experience in S/4HANA HCM or S4 transformation Knowledge of HR compliance in North America Experience with Agile / SAP Activate methodology ---
