AI Dynamics Developer

Role Description: The AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence solutions including Microsoft Copilot features within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. This role requires hands-on expertise in customizing AI-driven processes, integrating with Dynamics 365 (including Power Platform and Dataverse), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver advanced automation and user experience enhancements. The engineer will focus on solutions that elevate customer relationship management (CRM) and healthcare applications, particularly those supporting call center operations, ensuring intelligent automation, streamlined workflows, and enhanced patient or customer service quality within regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Copilot & Dynamics Integration: Design, build, and enhance Microsoft Copilot (out-of-the-box and custom) features in Dynamics 365 for case management and business processes.
- AI Solution Development: Develop machine learning models, natural language processing (NLP) solutions, and custom data-driven automation supporting Copilot and Dynamics workloads.
- Custom AI Implementation: Architect, develop, and deploy custom AI models or algorithms tailored to unique client or business needs where out-of-the-box solutions are insufficient, ensuring seamless integration with Dynamics 365 and related systems.
- Data Engineering: Prepare, process, and analyze data sources (from Dataverse, Power Platform, external VA systems) for AI solution enablement.
- Prototyping & POC: Collaborate with business and technical leads to translate requirements into proof-of-concept (POC) Copilot use cases. Demo, refine, and iterate solutions as needed.
- Testing & Validation: Lead the validation of AI solutions through robust testing, performance monitoring, and refinement for real-world scenarios.
- Documentation & Training: Support documentation, end-user enablement, and handoff of AI-based solutions to operations teams.
Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Compensation and Benefits: Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $160,150.00 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
