A Microsoft Dynamics Project Manager, leads full-cycle implementation projects (D365 F&O/CE/CRM) from initiation to deployment, ensuring they are on time and within budget. Responsibilities include managing project scope, resource allocation, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and, often, mentoring consultants. Key requirements are 5–8+ years of experience, PMP certification, and deep understanding of Dynamics 365, Azure, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies. 

Core Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Plan and execute Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, including CRM (Customer Engagement) and ERP (Finance & Supply Chain) solutions.
• Scope & Budget Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, while monitoring budgets, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, risks, and providing regular updates.
• Technical Guidance: Guide development teams in understanding client requirements, ensuring solutions align with D365 architecture and best practices.
• Process Optimization: Drive UAT (User Acceptance Testing) planning, change management, and post-deployment support. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 5–8+ years of project management experience, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP or CRM implementations.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certifications:  is highly preferred or required.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Azure, Power Platform, and DevOps tools.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage cross-functional, often remote teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
