Job location : Pontiac MI (Need Michigan local candidates)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support technology projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, Microsoft 365/O365, VoIP/Telecommunications, and Service Center teams.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter and strong problem solver who can take ownership of projects, work with multiple stakeholders, and translate business needs into clear technical requirements and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with project stakeholders to understand, document, and validate business requirements.
Conduct stakeholder interviews and analyze existing business processes, systems, and workflows.
Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
Perform data analysis and research to support project decisions.
Identify issues, gaps, risks, and opportunities and recommend effective solutions

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (M365) Productivity Suite.
Experience working on IT Infrastructure projects.
Ability to successfully multi-task and prioritize competing projects and assignments.
Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, including identifying issues, obstacles, and opportunities and implementing effective solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive assignments to completion.
