Summary

Project Manager Englewood Cliffs, NJ (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

Experience: 8-10years overall | 2+ years in end-to-end technology project/program management

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in Project/Program Management, Product Management, Business Administration, or related field
Experience managing full project lifecycle (design, development, testing, launch, post-launch support)
Strong stakeholder management with executive communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong documentation, note-taking, and follow-up tracking skills
Proven problem-solving ability in fast-paced environments
Proactive, ownership-driven, and strong team player
Ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships
Strong business partnering and accountability for outcomes
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), MS Project, and Smartsheet

Responsibilities:

Manage project charters, schedules, resource plans, and budgets
Lead program intake, prioritization, and requirement gathering
Define scope, dependencies, and lead project kick-offs
Manage multiple concurrent programs and ensure timely delivery
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and changes
Provide program status updates and lead stakeholder meetings (reports, presentations, action items)
Collaborate with leadership, internal teams, and external vendors
Follow and contribute to PM standards, processes, and best practices

Preferred:

Experience in cybersecurity programs or large-scale initiatives
Budget management experience
Experience working with global teams across time zones
Familiarity with JIRA, Microsoft 365 tools, and Smartsheet
Certifications like PMP, PgMP, or CSM are a plus
