Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Jersey City, NJ that is seeking a Project Manager.

Responsibilities:
* Co-develops project plans with stakeholder leaders, identifying key milestones and deliverables
* Schedules and facilitates stakeholder meetings, coordinating project plans and gaining consensus
* Prepares reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by LOB stakeholders
* Produces and distributes status reporting on project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
* Ensures projects are on time; Conducts project deep-dive meetings with the Program Manager to escalate risk/issues timely
* Monitors project spending versus budget; Develops accurate project spending forecasts each month
* Produces project documentation within the required timeframes in accordance to the standards and governance requirements of the Project Delivery Life Cycle (PDLC) Methodology , Project Spend and Governance Committee, and EPMO guidelines
* Work with IT teams to coordinate testing, escalate issues, and assist where necessary to ensure a successful go live
* Coordinates the analysis of business problems including making recommendations to management to help identify methods, procedures, and technologies that enhance recommended solutions and project execution

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience in Banking dealing with operations and technology project management, preferably in Finance
* Experience leading and managing projects from start to finish, including specific experience in tight timeline, and/or crisis environments
* Any prior experience with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) projects or prior experience with MUFG will be preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
