Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Adobe AEM Forms solutions for enterprise document generation and digital forms.
Build and configure Adaptive Forms, XDP/PDF forms, and responsive UI components using AEM Forms.
Develop document templates for statements, letters, notices, disclosures, and customer correspondence.
Implement data integration with backend systems using REST/SOAP services, JSON, XML, and data models.
Configure and support Forms Data Models (FDM) and prefill/post‑processing logic.
Implement form workflows using AEM Workflow / AEM Forms Workflow for approvals, submissions, and routing.
Ensure accessibility (WCAG), security, and compliance standards are met for regulated documents.
Support multi‑channel output (PDF, print, email, digital delivery).
Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
Troubleshoot production issues related to form rendering, data binding, performance, and integrations.
Collaborate with business analysts, UX teams, QA, and backend teams to translate requirements into AEM Forms solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation for forms, integrations, and configurations.
Skill Set
Adobe AEM Forms
5+ years of Strong hands‑on experience with Adobe AEM Forms.
Expertise in Adaptive Forms, XDP/PDF forms, and document services.
Experience with AEM Forms Workflow and form lifecycle management.
Knowledge of Forms Data Model (FDM) configuration and data binding.
Proficiency in Java, OSGi, Sling, HTL, and AEM component development.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and backend integrations.
Familiarity with Adobe Document Services (PDF generation, assembly, output).
Understanding of AEM architecture, deployments, and performance tuning. Experience working in regulated environments (insurance or financial services preferred).
Understanding of accessibility (WCAG), security, and compliance requirements for customer communications.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Exposure to AEM Cloud Service is a plus.
