senior Product Analyst/Product Manager supporting a fast-paced product environment built on
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The consultant partners with Product Managers, Product Owners, and engineering/content teams to translate strategic business objectives into actionable backlog items.
The role requires advanced product execution capability, expert backlog refinement, and strong quality assurance alignment to ensure timely, high-quality digital deliverables.
The consultant must operate independently, manage complex requirements, and drive clarity across multiple teams within an Agile framework.
Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesProduct Requirements & Backlog Execution- Translate business strategy into actionable backlog items aligned with product goals.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog; ensure 2+ sprints of well-defined work.
- Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria; partner with engineering to validate feasibility.
- Facilitate refinement sessions and remove ambiguity around requirements.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and unplanned work; communicate tradeoffs.
Testing, Quality Assurance & Release Readiness- Define test cases, review testing results, and provide final readiness sign-off.
- Lead quality-focused practices, including functional, accessibility, and regression standards.
- Support and coordinate UAT, test planning, and defect tracking.
- Ensure smooth release readiness; support occasional late release windows (about once a month).
Stakeholder Collaboration- Serve as a core liaison among Product Managers, engineering teams, content teams, and business partners.
- Ensure cross-team alignment on requirements, priorities, and implementation scope.
- Present progress, clarify requirements, and lead team meetings when needed.
Execution, Rhythm & Governance- Maintain documentation: process flows, requirements, acceptance criteria, test cases.
- Monitor sprint progress, address blockers with ScrumMaster, and ensure sprint objectives are met.
- Support release coordination and deployment preparation.
