• Must have led and managed at least 3 to 5 mid to large-sized custom implementation projects
• Leads execution for a complex technical project. Oversees and leads a team of lead developers and senior developers
• Responsible for the overall monitoring and coordination of all the coding activities on the project
• Develops prototypes and evaluates alternate technical alternatives. Structures the technical work for a medium to high complexity project
• Has expert knowledge of IT architecture principles and collaborates with the architecture team in the design of systems and application programs
• Establishes and communicates technical goals and direction for team. Acts as a source of direction, training and guidance for less experienced staff
• Possesses deep understanding of SDLC and application architecture concepts

• iOS native software development (Swift) - 8 yrs
• Designing and implementing technical solutions to meet complex business requirements - 8 yrs
• Troubleshooting and resolving code defects and production issues - 5 yrs
