Summary

We are looking for a Gainsight Administrator who will take ownership of a complex Customer Success technology ecosystem integrating Salesforce Sales and Revenue Cloud, BigQuery, and third-party automation tools while ensuring data integrity, scalable lifecycle automation, and seamless cross-functional collaboration

IF YOU ARE
  • Experienced with 4+ years of Gainsight Administration including Gainsight NXT
  • Proficient in managing complex data integrations between BigQuery and Gainsight with strong SQL knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot data latency issues
  • Skilled in working within the Salesforce ecosystem including Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud with the ability to map, interpret, and collaborate on SFDC data models
  • Knowledgeable in managing third-party connectors such as Zapier and working with APIs including handling rate limits and triggering webhooks
  • Confident in using Gainsight Connectors 1.0 and 2.0 Rules Engine Event Framework External Actions Data Designer Success Plans and Journey Orchestrator
  • Focused on data integrity with a strong understanding of building and maintaining a reliable source of truth across systems
  • Capable of translating business needs into automated workflows including mapping customer lifecycle stages into structured Success Plans and Playbooks
  • Experienced in managing multiple internal stakeholder teams and driving cross-functional collaboration
  • Skilled in leading video calls and resolving issues directly with stakeholders
  • Strong in written and spoken English communication
AND YOU WANT TO
  • Maintain and optimize daily data synchronization between BigQuery Salesforce and Gainsight
  • Build and enhance lifecycle automation using Rules Engine to trigger Success Plans CTAs external events and Slack notifications for onboarding retention renewals and health monitoring
  • Manage directional data flows across the Customer Success technology stack ensuring accuracy consistency and scalability
  • Design and maintain automation logic leveraging Event Framework External Actions and Data Designer to support onboarding retention renewal and health score processes
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation including a data dictionary and process maps for all integrations and automation workflows
  • Handle end-user escalations investigate root causes and collaborate with Gainsight support when necessary
