Hybrid Onsite 5 days/week, alternating weeks in either Merrimack, NH or Covington, KY

Our client seeks a Systems Analyst with Salesforce administration and data analytics expertise to deliver scalable CRM solutions. The role partners with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear system and data requirements, manage Salesforce data hygiene and governance, and produce actionable insights. The environment is agile and customer focused, requiring strong SQL proficiency, systems thinking, and clear communication.

Rate: $50.00 to $55.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic and operational needs and translate them into system and data requirements.
  • Administer Salesforce using declarative tools and deliver user-focused CRM enhancements.
  • Own Salesforce data hygiene, including quality, governance, and standards development.
  • Analyze large datasets to generate insights and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Design and implement data quality controls using duplicate rules, matching rules, validation rules, and automation.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify process, system, or integration drivers of poor data quality and recommend improvements.
  • Assess integrations and upstream/downstream impacts with a systems-thinking approach.
  • Export, cleanse, and re-import Salesforce data using SOQL, Data Loader or similar tools, and Excel.
  • Collaborate with business users, technology partners, and leadership and produce clear documentation and user guides.
  • Prioritize workload based on business impact, urgency, and SLAs in an agile environment.

Experience Requirements:
  • 2+ years of application or production support experience.
  • 3+ years applying systems analysis methodologies, including requirements definition, data analysis, and data mapping.
  • Hands-on Salesforce administration with declarative tools and advocacy for data management best practices.
  • Proven partnership with business and technology teams to design scalable solutions.
  • Strong data analytics background working with large datasets and communicating clear, actionable findings.
  • Data quality expertise using Salesforce duplicate, matching, and validation rules and automation.
  • Data governance experience defining ownership, stewardship, and governance models.
  • Development and tracking of Salesforce data hygiene metrics and standards.
  • Root cause analysis of behavioral, process, system, or integration issues affecting data quality.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes, data lakes/warehouses, and analytics platforms such as Power BI.
  • Experience with data export, cleansing, and re-import using SOQL, Data Loader, and Excel functions such as PivotTables, Conditional Formatting, and VLOOKUP.
  • Strong understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling.
  • Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
  • Experience with structured and semi-structured data including JSON.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and validation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong active listening.
  • Ability to produce clear solution designs, knowledge base articles, and step-by-step user guides.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, agile environment while meeting SLAs.
  • Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and continuous learning mindset.
  • Ability to write and run SQL queries.
  • Salesforce.com Administrator certification (preferred).
