Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Requirements
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with the Transformation Office and key stakeholders
Define data models and reporting structures to support enterprise-wide change visibility
Design a scalable framework for tracking project-driven and non-project change initiatives
Smartsheet Development
Configure Smartsheet dashboards, sheets, reports, and dynamic views
Build executive-ready dashboards that consolidate all change initiatives into a single view
Develop change saturation heatmaps to visualize overlapping organizational impacts
Create filtered reporting views for different stakeholder groups including executive leadership, functional leadership, and IT leadership
Workflow and Process Implementation
Build a Smartsheet intake form and approval workflow for non-project change initiatives
Establish governance processes for managing and updating change initiative data
Design and document the end-to-end intake and reporting workflow
Data Integration and Architecture
Develop an integration strategy to import project data from Planisware Orchestra into Smartsheet
Configure Smartsheet Data Shuttle or API-based data ingestion where appropriate
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across dashboards and reports
Documentation and Knowledge Transfer
Create documentation outlining the data flow, system architecture, and operational process
Deliver knowledge transfer sessions for designated client stakeholders
Provide recommendations for scaling and sustaining the change management reporting framework

Qualifications:
Proven experience implementing solutions in Smartsheet (dashboards, reports, forms, automation)
Experience building executive dashboards and portfolio reporting tools
Ability to design workflow processes and intake frameworks
Experience integrating Smartsheet with external systems via Data Shuttle, APIs, or data imports
Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder facilitation skills
Experience working with PMO or transformation office environments
Preferred Qualifications:
Smartsheet Certified Consultant or Product Certified User
Experience with Planisware Orchestra or similar PPM tools
Background in organizational change management (OCM) or enterprise transformation initiatives
Experience designing data models and reporting frameworks for portfolio visibility
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
