Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to play a critical role in shaping the way teams deliver solutions. The Scrum Master will act as a change agent, coaching and collaborating with teams to improve their performance and deliver their best work. This role involves working with multiple teams within an Agile Release Train (ART) to enhance agile maturity and business agility. The ideal candidate will foster an environment that supports agility, eliminate barriers, and champion continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate team ceremonies such as daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure full team engagement and growth.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and teams to support planning and maintain a healthy backlog prepared for execution.
  • Shield teams from interference to enable optimal functionality and productivity.
  • Coach teams on Agile practices, values, and growth mindset to mature Agile adoption.
  • Champion continuous improvement activities to increase productivity and team health.
  • Anticipate and address impediments to team progress and manage interdependencies between agile teams.
  • Regularly assess Agile maturity and coach teams to higher levels of growth.
  • Use data and analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement and share best practices across teams.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Scrum Master/Release Train Engineer to design and execute the path for agile maturity.
  • Seek coaching and mentoring from experienced Scrum Masters and coaches on Lean-Agile techniques.

Qualifications:
  • Considerable experience guiding agile teams through transformation.
  • Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices and Agile project management concepts is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and team-building skills.
  • Proficient in presentation, influence, and relationship management.
  • Previous experience as a Scrum Master is required.
  • Agile certification is preferred.
  • Project management skills and the ability to multitask in a cross-functional environment are preferred.
  • Experience with Agile Transformation and working with non-traditional teams.
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence is preferred.

Pay Range: $70 - $75

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
