Job Overview: As a Senior IT Project Manager within the IT Portfolio Management Office (PMO), you will play a critical role in delivering mission-critical projects and technologies that support the business objectives of the organization. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with senior IT leaders, work across various levels of stakeholders, and manage complex IT projects. You will be responsible for planning, guiding, coordinating, and monitoring activities of project teams involved in the discovery, design, build, and rollout of IT initiatives. This role provides an excellent opportunity to utilize your leadership skills and build relationships across the organization.
Responsibilities: - Collaborate with project sponsors to define project scope and objectives.
- Identify required skills and resources for project teams.
- Develop detailed work plans and provide project status updates.
- Anticipate and identify project issues, risks, and dependencies.
- Recommend and implement solutions in collaboration with senior management.
- Lead teams using Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative methodologies and tools.
- Oversee large enterprise efforts and complex strategic projects.
- Ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
- Incorporate security into all decisions and daily responsibilities.
Qualifications: - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
- 5+ years of IT-related project management experience.
- Proven ability to deliver on high-profile programs/projects.
- Proficient knowledge of program and project management concepts.
- Experience managing multiple end-to-end projects concurrently.
- Strong knowledge of full life cycle development and analysis techniques.
- Proven leadership, results orientation, and self-motivation traits.
- Strong meeting facilitation and relationship-building skills.
- Capable of applying resource management models to manage resources and projects.
- Able to perform effectively in the face of ambiguity.
Preferred: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Program/Project Management experience outside of EHI.
- PMP certification.

Pay Range: $60-65/Hr
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
