Role Overview :

Required Qualifications
Senior-level Cisco Voice experience (enterprise scale)
Deep hands-on experience with:
Cisco CUCM
Cisco CUBE
o SIP / PSTN integrations
Virtualized Environment (VMware EXSi)
Experience with datacenter migrations
Familiarity with Webex Cloud Calling and hybrid voice architecture
Strong troubleshooting and incident-response skills
Preferred with relevant certifications

This Position engages a Senior Cisco Voice Engineer to deliver critical upgrades, migrations, and strategic evaluations required to maintain operational stability and inform future voice platform decisions.
