Job Description:-

The Applications Developer (SQL / .NET / AI Agent Developer) should be an Arizona Resident and will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing complex AZURE SQL databases, leading database projects, troubleshooting database performance issues, building and maintaining AI agents, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the performance and scalability of data systems by utilizing advanced SQL techniques and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Maintain & Support Microsoft AZURE App services & C# .NET based applications.
• Design, build, and deploy autonomous, multi-agent systems that solve complex business workflows.
• Develop prompt engineering and simple RAG pipelines.
• Build self-correcting, stateful, and tool-using AI agents that can reason, plan, execute tasks, and collaborate with other digital systems and humans.
• Write technical documentation.
• Interpret and analyze test results.
• Use or maintain testing frameworks, test libraries, databases and test environments.
• Synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly.
• Build strong relationships inside and outside the organization.

Required Qualifications:-

• Bachelor's degree plus 8 or more years of SQL, web development and analysis experience (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in AI driven development using Copilot/Claude.
• Any relevant professional certifications.
• Ability to quickly learn and develop in new programming languages, APIs and platforms, evaluate and test emerging technologies.
• Work effectively and collaborate with team members.
