Role Name: Debt Manager – Collections / FIC Integration Architect

Location: Hanover, NJ

Core Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

Define end-to-end integration architecture for Debt Manager platforms
Design scalable solutions integrating:
- Debt systems
- Treasury systems
- ERP platforms
- Reporting systems
Ensure compliance with:
- Enterprise architecture standards
- Security frameworks
- Financial governance controls

FIC (Financial Instrument Calculation) Expertise

Configure and validate:
- Interest calculations
- Floating/fixed rate logic
- Cash flow projections
- Accruals
- Amortization schedules
Validate accounting treatment and valuation logic
Support reconciliation across:
- General Ledger
- Treasury
- ERP systems

Integration Development & Delivery

Lead integrations using:
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Middleware
- ETL tools
Build interfaces between:
- Debt Manager systems
- Treasury/Risk platforms
- SAP/Oracle Financials
Support real-time and batch synchronization

Data & Governance

Define:
- Data mappings
- Transformation rules
- Validation frameworks
Troubleshoot financial data inconsistencies
Ensure:
- Data lineage
- Audit readiness
- Governance compliance

Stakeholder Management

Work with:
- Finance
- Treasury
- Risk
- IT teams
Translate business requirements into technical architectures
Mentor developers and junior architects
