What Do We Do Here?Our Conroe Facility produces downhole products for drilling activities in North America. Our plant has high demand and is operating 24/7 to produce these products for our customers. To meet the demand for our products, we provide employees with an air-conditioned environment, highly organized and clean 300,000 SQ. ft. fabrication facility, new CNC Machines (Mazak, Mori Sieke, DMG Mori, Weiler, etc.), and a strong safety program designed to ensure our team goes home safe to their families after every shift.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Analyze and optimize plant layout, material flow, and labor utilization
- Conduct time studies and establish labor standards
- Identify and implement process improvements using lean methodologies
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Develop capacity models and support production planning
- Improve ergonomics, safety, and workplace efficiency
- Utilize data analysis and simulation tools to drive decision-making
- Support cost reduction and productivity improvement efforts
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS - B.S. Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
- 3-8 years of Industrial Engineering Experience
- Any shop or hands on experience required
