Job Description: - IT - Engineering Support Lead/Supervisor
- A scheduler that develops detailed schedules for design engineering projects. Coordinates and represents the department in project, engineering, and scheduling meetings.
Job Duties/Responsibilities: - Plans and schedules work based on system priorities, workload demand, and available resources to ensure timely execution of field activities.
- Ensures schedules are properly loaded; manages schedule adjustments and re-optimization as conditions change.
- Partners with internal stakeholders to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure priority work is executed efficiently.
- Monitors and communicates schedule updates.
- Forecasts workload with internal and external workgroups on resource planning, availability, and workload balancing.
- Identifies scheduling constraints or deficiencies, analyzes alternatives, and recommends solutions to mitigate conflicts and service impacts.
Minimum experience required of the position: - Scheduler, Senior to Senior Lead
- High level of understanding of P6
knowledge, skills, and abilities required of the position: Required: - Prior nuclear experience
- Prior design engineering scheduling experience
Preferred: - Understanding of PowerBi and other analysis tools.
- Experience implementing a new or redefined scheduling program within an organization

Pay Range: $55- $60/hr. W2
