Position Summary

Support Day-to-Day Project Operations:

Assist the project team in executing daily operations, ensuring alignment with the operations strategy and maintaining process rigor for customer integrated customer solutions.

Utilize strong planning skills to organize tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Employ influencing skills to foster collaboration and drive cross-functional teamwork across various departments.

Develop and streamline project organization processes in collaboration with other teams to ensure seamless integration and operation.

Manage/ build/ maintain project organization DT tools - most built on Microsoft 365 platform

Build reports from the project organization tools with analysis

Responsibilities

Drive Continuous Improvement:

Actively support project organization continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

Lead efforts in process harmonization across customer business units to ensure consistency and streamlined operations.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

Work closely with cross-business functional teams including engineering, sales, product champions, finance, supply chain, and project management.

Develop and streamline project organization processes in collaboration with these teams to ensure seamless integration and operation.

Preferred Industry Experience:

EPC Organizations

Power Generation Companies- Thermal/ Gas Power Plant

Green Hydrogen/ Renewable Energy Developers

Engineering Consulting Organizations

Transmission & Distribution Companies

Qualifications

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Aptitude with analytical tools (ex. Excel, Access and MS Access); specific skills include: data mining, pivot tables, data manipulation.

Build and maintain SharePoint sites.

Knowledgeable in Salesforce.com platform.

Strong project management skills.

Proven capability to work well in a matrix environment.

Clear thinker with an ability to focus on the "critical few" issue/priorities with ability to translate strategy into business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Electrical or Instrumentation & Controls Engineering in Gas based thermal power plants.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's (BE/ BS)/ Master's degree(MS) in Electrical Engineering.
