AI Coordinator

Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven AI Coordinator to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As part of a leading real estate investment company, you will be instrumental in integrating AI technologies across our organization, ensuring their optimal use while addressing ethical considerations. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on our workflows and processes.

Responsibilities:
Implement AI solutions across various departments to improve efficiency and performance.
Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for AI integration and enhancement.
Design and lead workshops to educate staff on effective AI applications.
Evaluate the effectiveness of AI systems and recommend improvements based on findings.
Conduct experiments to compare different AI strategies and approaches.
Address and resolve technical issues related to AI systems.
Develop and enforce policies to ensure secure and ethical use of AI technologies.
Safeguard proprietary data and ensure compliance with privacy guidelines.
Assist in creating guidelines for unbiased, accurate, and efficient use of AI tools.

Requirements

Solid understanding of machine learning, large language models, and natural language processing concepts.
Proficiency in using AI language models and crafting effective prompts.
Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and its integration with Microsoft products.
Awareness of privacy and fairness issues in AI applications.
Ability to design and deploy AI agents effectively.
Commitment to staying informed about advancements in AI technology.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and transparently.
Adherence to best practices for data privacy and ethical AI use.
