Stefanini Group is hiring!Stefanini is looking for a Supplier Quality Inspector in Greensboro, NCFor quick apply, please reach out to Merwyne GuillermoCall: / Email: Work Location: 7900 National Service Road Greensboro, NC, 27409 Responsibilities:This position has the following responsibilities:Coordinating delivery crises management and providing supply chain expertise to solve crisesInteracting with various stakeholders (Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Engineering) to minimize the impacts to the client's plantsIdentifying root causes of crises through deep dive and problem solvingApplying lean manufacturing principles to improve manufacturing processesCoordinating communication with stakeholders in crises situationsMonitoring high risk supplier in order to prevent crisis at our operationsContributing to the development and way of working within the teamServing as a key partner of Purchasing Operations groups regarding Supply Chain related issues

5 or more years of Supplier Development, Supplier Quality, and/or Supply chain experience, preferably from within the automotive industrySupply chain development and crisis management skillsFlexibility and preparedness to travel with short noticeAbility to create concise reports and communicate to different audiencesLean manufacturing knowledgeAbility to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentCustomer focused mindset, dedicated to meet external and internal customer expectationsDesire to work in a collaborative team towards a common purposeStrong integrity and creativityUniversity degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Listed salary ranges may vary based on experience, qualifications, and local market.
