Job Title : Sr Oracle Apps DBA (with OCI)
Location : Troy, MI (100% Remote)
Duration : Full-time/ Direct-Hire
Position Overview:
- We are seeking a highly qualified EBS Apps DBA with expertise in EBS Administration, Support, Upgrades, Cloud Migrations and Performance tuning.
- Experience working in OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) is mandatory.
- Experience in Exadata Systems, Implementing IDCS and Administration of Fusion Middleware will be an added advantage.
OCI Administration:
- Develop, design, and implement Oracle Cloud solutions to achieve optimal performance and scalability.
- Experience in administration and managing DBCS, Compute Systems.
- Experience in administration of OIC, Apex/ORDS, managing ExaCC/ExaCS will be an added advantage.
EBS & Oracle Database Administration:
- EBS R12.2.x Administration, Configuration, Cloning, Upgrades and cloud Migrations. Debugging EBS/Database issues and performance tuning. Oracle 12c, 19c Database administration, Cloning, Patching, Upgrades, Multitenant architecture.
- Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, RMAN, TDE, developing comprehensive backup/recovery and disaster recovery strategies, performing disaster drills to ensure data integrity and uninterrupted business operations.
IDCS/SSO Administration:
- Sound Knowledge in Implementation, configuration, and support of OID/ OAM/ IDCS/ EBS Asserter, integrating third party applications with SSO will be an added advantage.
Middleware:
- Hands on experience in administration, upgrade & support of OIC, Web center, OTM, Hyperion, OBIEE/OBIA and OAC will be an added advantage.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in oracle EBS & database administration.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Exadata certifications are highly valued.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, proficient in guiding technical discussions and offering team guidance.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and adeptness at diagnosing complex issues.
- Experience with automation tools, and scripting.
