6+ years of Salesforce Business Analyst experience on enterprise implementations
Proven track record leading discovery workshops and requirements sessions with senior business stakeholders
Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative configuration — flows, validation rules, page layouts, record types, permission sets
Strong Agile delivery experience — writing user stories, managing backlogs, and working within sprint-based delivery teams
Experience across multiple Salesforce clouds — Sales Cloud and Service Cloud at minimum; additional clouds a plus
Prior consulting or professional services experience strongly preferred — comfort managing multiple stakeholders and navigating ambiguity
Platform Knowledge
Salesforce core platform: objects, fields, relationships, page layouts, record types, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules
Salesforce Flow: screen flows, record-triggered flows, scheduled flows, subflows, and flow best practices
Salesforce reporting and dashboards — building business-facing reports and driving adoption
Agile/Scrum tooling: Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent for backlog and sprint management
Data concepts: data models, data mapping, import/export tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard)
Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud — and ideally one or more of: Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud
Facilitation & Analytical Skills
Expert workshop facilitation — able to manage large, cross-functional groups and keep sessions focused and productive
Strong process analysis skills — able to map current-state workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design future-state solutions
Structured thinker — able to take complex, unstructured input and turn it into clear, prioritized, actionable requirements
Detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture — knows when to go deep and when to move forward
