Sr.Salesforce Developer

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II preferred.
• Extensive experience (5 years) as a Salesforce Developer
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Strong understanding of financial services business processes, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce integrations with third-party systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead the development of customized Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other relevant technologies, to address financial services business requirements.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand and refine requirements for financial services applications within Salesforce.
• Develop and maintain custom code, configuration, and enhancements in alignment with industry best practices and compliance standards in the financial sector.
• Provide technical expertise, guidance, and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and testing to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of Salesforce solutions.
• Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions within the financial services domain.
