Product Manager – Digital Marketing (Disney Vacation Club)
We are seeking a Product Manager to join the Disney Vacation Club product team, focused on delivering impactful marketing initiatives across the website experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and can bridge business, technology, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital marketing initiatives for the website
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, UX, legal, and business stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and actionable plans
- Drive content strategy and execution through CMS platforms
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirements sessions, and alignment discussions
- Identify process improvements and implement solutions to streamline delivery
- Manage multiple high-priority initiatives while adapting to shifting business needs
- Ensure high-quality execution through strong attention to detail and documentation
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Tools & Platforms
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Smartsheet
- Comfortable working with cross-functional tooling and documentation platforms
