Location: Indianapolis, IN
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite (37.5 hours per week).
Employment Type: Contract (Contract-to-Hire potential after 6-12 months).

Core Responsibilities

API & Integration: Support and implement MuleSoft APIs and utilize Talend for seamless data transfer across agency solutions.
Application Development: Build and maintain custom applications using ASP.NET/MVC and C#, while supporting existing Dynamics 365 environments.
Cloud & Data: Implement and maintain Azure Web Jobs and manage various database technologies using SQL.
System Design: Collaborate with business units and IT teams to define and enhance new solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Agile Excellence: Actively participate in agile ceremonies to enhance applications and proactively adopt new technologies and design patterns.

Required Experience & Skills

Professional Tenure: 2+ years of experience as a .NET or Full Stack Developer.
Technical Core: 2+ years of hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET/MVC, and .NET 9.0.
Integration: 2+ years of strong experience with MuleSoft.
Database & Cloud: 2+ years of experience with SQL and Azure cloud services.
Methodology: 2+ years of experience working in Agile development environments.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications: Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer/Expert (MCSD/MCSE) or Cloud Certifications are highly desired.
Modern Tech: Experience with AI implementation or the Java/Spring Framework.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a desire to help build a structured, collaborative development team.
