We are looking for Senior Marketing Analysts responsible for end‑to‑end operations of marketing campaigns, audience segmentation, SQL workflow optimization, and collaboration with cross‑functional engineering teams. The role requires strong hands‑on experience in SQL, operational data flows, and exposure to modern marketing technology platforms. Candidates will work closely with Marketing, DAS Engineering, and Data Engineering teams to operationalize and automate marketing workflows.
Job Description
· Manage and execute daily operations of marketing campaigns.
· Pull audiences, create segments, and manage customer journeys using marketing systems such as Message Gears.
· Partner with DAS engineering teams to formalize SQL workflows into scalable enterprise data products.
· Work with existing Marketing Analysts to refactor SQL logic into DBT for version controlled and automated workflows.
· Support operational data flows involving segmentation, campaign execution, and optimization.
· Collaborate across Martech, BI, and data pipeline teams to ensure accurate, scalable, and automated data processes.
· Ensure data quality, perform data testing, and maintain accuracy across operational workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
· SQL – Intermediate to Advanced proficiency
· Understanding of healthcare data concepts (enrollments, claims, member data)
· Experience working with operational data flows, segmentation logic, and SQL execution
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Role 1 – Marketing Operations Analyst
· Exposure to BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, Looker, etc.
· Experience with analytics pipeline tools – Alteryx, Talend, etc.
· Hands on experience with Message Gears or equivalent marketing execution platforms
Role 2 – Marketing Technology Analyst (Martech‑Focused)
· Strong SQL expertise (intermediate to advanced)
· Experience with Martech platforms – Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Message Gears, or similar
· Experience working with operational marketing data pipelines

Educational Qualifications: -
