AEITS, Inc. a GTSC Company, is growing its team: we are seeking Network Engineers for Levels 1, 2, and 3, depending on qualifications and experience.

~~~ Compensation ranges from $109K to 117K (NE1), $117K-170K (NE2), and $170K to $209,000 (NE3) depending on experience.

Security Clearance: active Top Secret / SCI with appropriate polygraph.

Mission Description:

We are seeking skilled Network Engineers at multiple experience levels to support mission-critical network infrastructure, design, and security operations. Candidates will contribute to the development, maintenance, and optimization of complex networking environments supporting enterprise and DoD/IC systems.

Location: Annapolis Junction, Maryland area

~~~~ All work is on-site, in-person in a SCIF environment. This is not a hybrid or remote position.

Clearance: Top Secret SCI with appropriate polygraph.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for network and system administrators
  • Monitor, maintain, and improve network infrastructure performance
  • Support network design, architecture, and system upgrades
  • Conduct Computer Network Defense (CND) operations
  • Perform network configuration, testing, and quality assurance
  • Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and accreditations
  • Integrate hardware and software solutions to meet compliance standards (ISO, DoD/IC)
  • Troubleshoot network issues and ensure system availability

Additional Responsibilities (Mid/Senior Levels):
  • Oversee network equipment support and operations
  • Lead integration of platforms into CND environments
  • Resolve complex network issues using advanced tools and simulation
  • Design and implement network architectures and modules
  • Lead large-scale network deployments and projects
  • Develop algorithms and models related to networking and telecommunications systems

Required Qualifications

Level 1:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 years of network engineering experience
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)

Level 2:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 8-10 years of experience
  • CCNP required

Level 3:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 10-16 years of experience
  • Cisco certification required
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level III certification required

Desired Skills, all levels:
  • Network design and architecture
  • Cybersecurity / CND operations
  • WAN/LAN technologies
  • Network performance tuning and automation
  • Compliance frameworks (DoD, ISO)
  • Network modeling and simulation tools
