What is in it for you?
Design and optimize Snowflake-based Lakehouse solutions to support the migration of clinical and claims data from Sailfish. This role focuses on data modeling, ingestion, and performance optimization across the medallion architecture.
Responsibilities: -
- Design scalable Snowflake schemas and data models for Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers using Iceberg.
- Develop and optimize Snowpipe-based ingestion pipelines for real-time and batch data from on-prem Event Hubs.
- Implement data transformation logic and metadata-driven frameworks for structured and semi-structured data.
- Enable DirectQuery, virtualization, and mirroring strategies for seamless integration with Microsoft Fabric.
- Collaborate with data engineers and analytics teams to ensure data readiness for reporting and AI/ML use cases.

Skills: -
- 10+ years in data architecture with 3+ years in Snowflake.
- Hands-on experience with Snowpipe, Iceberg, and medallion architecture.
- Proficiency in SQL, DBT, and performance tuning in Snowflake.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, and data virtualization techniques.
