For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $101,600 - $152,400 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Data Analyst - Titan Transformation role is a key contributor in deploying S/4HANA across Schneider Electric manufacturing plants. This position ensures that all operational, supply chain, maintenance, and financial master data is prepared, validated, migrated, and governed with high accuracy to support successful plant cutover and post-go-live stability.
The analyst will work closely with functional domains (Manufacturing, Plant Maintenance, Planning/Procurement, Logistics/Warehousing, and Finance/Costing) to translate business requirements into clean, compliant, migration-ready data. This role requires strong analytical skills, deep attention to detail, and the ability to take initiative with minimal supervision in a fast-paced deployment environment.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business and technical teams in an agile environment to identify key data objects and define business rules for accurate data migration and lifecycle processes.
- Prepare, cleanse, validate, and manage master data across manufacturing (PP), procurement, planning/MRP, plant maintenance (PM), warehouse/logistics, quality (QU), and finance/costing domains.
- Execute Upload Data Sheets (UDS), support mock loads, delta loads, troubleshoot defects, and participate in final cutover activities.
- Analyze and improve data quality using Excel, structured validation rules, and problem-solving techniques.
- Communicate risks, dependencies, and timelines effectively to stakeholders across time zones.
- Own the creation and testing (positive/negative) of data templates and tools to ensure readiness for SAP uploads.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define migration requirements and ensure tools/processes align with business needs.
- Support continuous improvement of templates, documentation, automation, and best practices.
- Work closely with business users to understand evolving data needs and support ongoing enhancements.
Mandatory Skills- Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, including logistics, procurement, planning, finance, and quality.
- 5+ years of experience working with master data; SAP module experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP ECC 6.0 and/or S/4HANA data models.
- Advanced Excel capabilities (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, filters, complex formulas; macros a plus).
- Experience working with ERP master data (S/4HANA preferred).
- Comfort using data queries such as SQL.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to data accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to partner effectively across global, cross-functional teams.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?- 3+ years of experience in at least one functional domain: manufacturing, planning & procurement, warehouse/logistics, plant maintenance, quality, or finance/costing.
- 5+ years working with master data in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of SAP ECC or S/4HANA master data structures.
- Proven ability to execute data loads (UDS), support migrations, and validate data quality.
- Demonstrated experience managing data templates, testing, troubleshooting, and cutover readiness activities.
- High initiative, self-directed work style, and ability to drive tasks with minimal oversight.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate risks and dependencies.
