Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bank Reconciliation Specialist with strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with Infor (Lawson) Financials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reconciling bank statements, analyzing financial discrepancies, and ensuring accurate cash and GL transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations.
Reconcile transactions using Infor Cash Management, GL, and AP modules.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies, posting issues, and interface/workflow errors.
Extract and analyze data using Infor Query and Excel.
Support month-end/year-end close and audit activities.
Prepare reconciliation reports and maintain accurate financial records.
Collaborate with Accounting, IT, and Infor administrators to resolve issues.
Identify process improvements and provide training/support to team members.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven bank reconciliation/accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GL, and close processes.
Hands-on Infor/Lawson experience is required, including Cash Management, GL, and AP.
Strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential financial information.
