Summary

Senior-level proficiency in IBM ACE, IBM DataPower, and IBM MQ (implementation and/or production support).
Strong database query skills (SQL or equivalent) for analysis and validation.
Excellent written and oral communication skills; demonstrated experience engaging clients and presenting status in calls.
Proven ability to manage and track multiple CRs simultaneously with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Functional knowledge of Medicaid concepts – Provider, Member, Claims etc.
Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP), message transformation etc.
Experience working on Provide Management Module
Experience on file-based integration
Experience supporting release management, including coordinating builds, maintenance schedules, and deployment activities.
