What You?ll Do:
- Help run day-to-day production operations
- Keep production on track to hit deadlines
- Support, coach, and guide team leaders, trainers and production team members on the floor
- Make sure quality and safety standards are met
- Maintain quality control and instruct staff regarding customer specifications.
- Control labor and other expenses in-line with revenue.

- Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience
- Leadership, trainer, or team lead experience preferred
- Someone reliable who shows up ready to work

- A strong communicator who works well with others
- Someone who takes initiative and enjoys problem-solving
What You Need:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Leadership or team lead experience is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer or Microsoft Office skills preferred
- Ability to stand, move, and lift throughout the shift

<>ExperiencePreferred
- At least one year experience in a supervisory setting of 10 or more employees, motivating and engaging the team to produce positive outcomes.
- Three years experience in a manufacturing setting is required.
