looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst that will lead and support multiple initiatives with our Google Cloud Platform/GTE. The QA Analyst will be responsible for closely collaborating on the integration of new technologies and workflows as they are designed, developed, deployed, and integrated across our system landscape.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Isolates, replicates, and reports defects to confirm requirements achieve test objectives.
• Performs software validations and ensures solutions are tested and issues are corrected
• Implements test processes on projects, writes test plans, procedures, and analyzes test results.
• Traces test cases and results back to specific user stories/requirements/quality risks
• Assists with defining and tracking quality assurance metrics
• Collaborate with business areas to identify, document, and communicate business needs
• Demonstrate an understanding of business process associated with QA testing
• Plan, facilitate and execute system / functional testing and UAT for projects and enhancements
• Understand the relationships, dependencies and impact of integrated business functions, core systems, applications, and technical platforms
• Contribute to status reports, risk and issue logs
• Perform other duties as required or assigned

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years' experience as a QA Analyst
• Experience with both traditional Waterfall SDLC and Agile / Lean methodologies
• Knowledge of QA testing best practices
• Experience in test planning, test case development and execution
• Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects, activities, and tasks under time constraints
• Exceptional communication, teamwork and influencing skills that foster a collaborative and continuous-improvement environment
• Strong critical / analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented
• High energy level, adaptive and a strong team player with a good work ethic
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be a self-starter
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
• Basic knowledge of UX design and personas/roles
