Job Summary:

Client is seeking an experienced Client Partner/Account Manager with strong expertise in EdTech, higher education, and digital learning to manage US client relationships, drive account growth, and lead global delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage strategic US client relationships and drive client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.

• Own a $5–6M P&L, including revenue forecasting, profitability, and budgeting.

• Lead global teams delivering digital publishing, learning platforms, data engineering, and AI solutions.

• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

• Advise clients on EdTech trends, Generative AI, learning analytics, and platform modernization.

• Ensure compliance with FERPA, COPPA, WCAG, and digital content standards.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in account management, client partnerships, or business development within EdTech, higher education, or digital publishing.

• Proven $5–6M P&L ownership with revenue growth and profitability.

• Experience managing large, globally distributed teams and US enterprise clients.

• Strong knowledge of digital learning, AI-driven solutions, analytics, and cloud platforms.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive relationship management skills.

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
