Job Description:
· Experienced ServiceNow Engineering and Test Lead with expertise in ServiceNow Development, Enterprise Service Management Convergence, DevOps practices, release management, and quality assurance.
· Strong experience leading engineering delivery and testing for ServiceNow ESM convergence initiatives, ensuring high-quality and predictable development through disciplined DevOps processes, secure release management, and adherence to platform standards.
· Skilled in defining and enforcing DevOps standards including environment strategy management, development, test and production parity, update set management, automated testing, deployment pipelines, release governance, rollback strategies, and configuration management.
· Experienced in partnering with development teams to deliver secure, compliant, reusable, and repeatable releases across ServiceNow Golden Instances.
· Strong knowledge of coding standards, configuration management, testing standards, OOTB-first principles, code reviews, reusable framework implementation, and platform governance.
· Expertise in defining and managing end-to-end testing strategies including functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, upgrade testing, go-live validation, defect triage, root cause analysis, and quality risk reporting.
· Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework ATF for regression and functional automation testing, CI/CD integration, release validation, and deployment quality assurance.
· Skilled in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, quality metrics reporting, release readiness assessments, and collaboration with development, architecture, and DevOps teams.
· Strong analytical, leadership, communication, troubleshooting, governance, multitasking, and complex problem-solving skills with the ability to drive scalable ServiceNow platform delivery and ensure high-quality enterprise-wide implementations.
