Summary

Strong experience leading engineering delivery and testing for ServiceNow ESM convergence initiatives, ensuring high-quality and predictable development through disciplined DevOps processes, secure release management, and adherence to platform standards.

Skilled in defining and enforcing DevOps standards including environment strategy management, development, test and production parity, update set management, automated testing, deployment pipelines, release governance, rollback strategies, and configuration management. Experienced in partnering with development teams to deliver secure, compliant, reusable, and repeatable releases across ServiceNow Golden Instances.

  • Automation: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) for regression and functional automation testing, CI/CD integration, release validation, and deployment quality assurance.
  • Leadership & Methodology: Skilled in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, quality metrics reporting, release readiness assessments, and collaboration with development, architecture, and DevOps teams.

Technical Skills

Strong analytical, leadership, communication, troubleshooting, governance, multitasking, and complex problem-solving skills with the ability to drive scalable ServiceNow platform delivery and ensure high-quality enterprise-wide implementations.
