SAP Senior Test Lead
* Prefer West Coast time zone candidate to allow crossover work hours with Japan, bi-lingual English/Japanese even more helpful, possible travel to client site in Japan Collaborate with stakeholders to implement overall testing program for the SAP S/4HANA Center of Excellence
Coordinate and manage work for Test Analysts and Testers in cross functional areas while facilitating integration and collaboration with other teams across the program
Manage deliverables and ensure project timelines are on track for the SAP Testing team
Implement overall Test Strategy and Test Approach, as well as the overall Test Plan and schedule leveraging best practices
Lead System Integrated Testing for the Release
Assist Lead with End User Acceptance Testing
Broad understanding of the ERP Tools, including experience in and knowledge of Solution Manager test suite Focused Build functionality, and automated testing tools
Working extended hours to meet with other project team members globally
- Translate and communicate technical requirements/limitations to business stakeholders in clear and concise manner. Understand business requirements and conversely adjust data models as needed to attain stakeholder objectives.
- Adhere to Client\'s requirements around quality, compliance, IT SAP implementation processes, and any overarching procedures that ensure the data migration process is compliant. Minimum of 5 years prior experience in Test Management on SAP implementations
Experience leading a team of internal and/or external test analysts
Ability to lead testing cycles, partner with testing group and business and willing to jump into the work to complete activities
Demonstrated understanding of SAP Tools, including experience in and knowledge of Solution Manager Test Suite
Ability to identify project risks related to test management to drive improvements, remove obstacles, or create a risk mitigation plan
Results oriented, customer focused, team player with excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through problem-solving capabilities
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with businesses, customers, vendors, and IT
Ability to travel to site in Japan for SIT-UAT, etc.

Requirements:

This role will be working closely with Japan implementation team. It is required to be able to work cross-over hours with Japan time zone. Bonus if candidate is bilingual in Japanese and will to travel to Japan.
