Summary

Role Descriptions: We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant to support implementation, enhancement, and AMS activities across Oracle Fusion Supply Chain applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM processes, with Oracle Inventory, Purchasing, and Supplier Contracts being mandatory modules. Experience with additional SCM modules will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Configure and support Oracle Fusion SCM applications.

Work closely with business stakeholders to design and improve Supply Chain business processes.

Support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Inventory Management processes.

Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, user training, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and customizations.

Perform impact analysis, defect resolution, and production support.

Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and regression testing.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Manufacturing, Order Management, and Integration teams.

Provide functional guidance and recommend Oracle best practices.

Mandatory Skills

8 years of Oracle SCM Functional consulting experience.

Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.

Strong functional experience in

oOracle Fusion Inventory Management (Mandatory)

oOracle Fusion Purchasing (Mandatory)

oOracle Fusion Supplier Contracts (Mandatory)Experience in at least one or more additional Oracle Fusion SCM modules such as

oProduct Information Management (PIM)

oProcurement

oSelf Service Procurement

oCost Management

oManufacturing

oSupply Planning

oSupplier Portal

Good understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain business processes.

Experience with requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and production support.

Knowledge of approval workflows and BPM.

Experience working with OTBI, BI Publisher, and FBDI.Basic understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), RESTSOAP APIs, and integrations.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and AMS support.

Exposure to Redwood UI.

Knowledge of SQL.

Experience working in AgileScrum environments.

Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field.
