Summary

Role: ServiceNow IRM Developer

Location: Phoenix, AZ, (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) Developer/Consultant to design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), risk management processes, compliance management, and ServiceNow platform development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow IRM applications.
  • Work on Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, and Audit Management modules.
  • Configure Risk and Control frameworks, risk assessments, and indicators.
  • Implement Advanced Risk Assessments and Continuous Monitoring.
  • Develop workflows, Flow Designer flows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
  • Configure IRM entities, profiles, controls, risks, and control objectives.
  • Integrate ServiceNow IRM with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, risk teams, compliance teams, and auditors.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for IRM applications.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and documentation.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules.
  • Knowledge of Risk Management and Policy & Compliance Management.
  • Experience with Risk and Control Assessments.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, GlideRecord, GlideAjax, and REST APIs.
  • Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations and workflows.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks such as SOX, NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS.
