IT Business Systems Analyst-Level 2 - Experienced (6 - 10 Years)

Location: Juno Beach, Florida (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst to analyze business processes and practices to focus the design and implementation of information technology solutions. This role involves applying advanced analytical skills to interpret internal or external business issues and recommend best practices. The position requires a professional who can solve complex problems, take a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions, and work independently with guidance in only the most complex situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and practices to design and implement IT solutions that meet customer needs.
• Develop functional specifications by translating business requirements into clear and concise functional documentation.
• Perform testing and validation by collaborating with QA teams to define test scenarios and validate solutions against business requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate solution performance by tracking and measuring the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
• Gather and document requirements using methods such as user stories, use cases, and BRD/FRD.
• Work directly with development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• May lead functional teams or projects.

Required Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration is required.

Experience: This role requires 6-10 years of experience in business analysis, IT systems analysis, and technology implementation. A minimum of 3+ years as a Business Analyst on software/IT projects is necessary, with hands-on familiarity with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as SAP, BOBJ, and BPC is required. Candidates must also have data literacy skills, including SQL querying and the ability to read data models and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs).

Preferred Qualifications

• A strong understanding of project management processes and principles.
• Experience in IT budget forecasting.
