Role Summary
You will serve as a Senior Product Manager for Mobile Platforms, owning the full product lifecycle for enterprise mobile products. This role plays a critical part in shaping how customers and team members interact with the organization through mobile experiences.
You will define and execute the mobile product roadmap while balancing user experience, business value, and technical feasibility. Working across multiple agile teams, you will ensure delivery stays aligned with enterprise strategy, quality standards, and compliance expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the day to day product delivery lifecycle across multiple agile development teams
- Define, manage, and execute the mobile platforms product roadmap in alignment with business priorities
- Partner with product leaders across other platforms to deliver a consistent guest and team member experience
- Elicit, document, and maintain clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Own and prioritize the product backlog to ensure work is actionable and delivery ready
- Collaborate with solution architecture and engineering to validate technical feasibility and architectural alignment
- Track and communicate milestones, dependencies, delivery risks, and progress to stakeholders
- Support integrations with external systems including scheduling, HR, CRM, POS, pricing, and reservation platforms
Key Requirements
- 8 or more years of experience as a Product Manager delivering mobile digital products in agile environments
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience delivering large scale enterprise mobile applications
- Strong expertise translating business needs into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Working knowledge of Agile Scrum practices and tools such as Jira, Figma, and Confluence
- Comfort working within technical ecosystems using APIs, microservices, CMS platforms, and cloud services
- Data driven product mindset with experience using analytics, experimentation, and KPIs to guide decisions
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
