Our client is seeking Junior Salesforce Administrator for Atlanta, GA / Hybrid
Role Description
This role supports the Global IT CRM team, focused on maintaining and enhancing Salesforce (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud) as part of ongoing CRM modernization initiatives. The environment is dynamic, with an emphasis on platform stability, user support, and incremental system improvements.
This is a backfill for a 3-year contractor who grew within the team, offering strong opportunity for growth and long-term conversion.
Administer and support Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud environments
Manage day-to-day configuration, user support, and troubleshooting
Build and maintain workflows, reports, dashboards, and data quality processes
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
Support integrations with ERP/SAP and other enterprise systems
Drive CRM optimization and small enhancement initiatives
Maintain documentation and ensure global process alignment
Provide Tier 1-2 production support and issue resolution
Skills and Requirement
Experience with SAP or ERP-integrated environments
Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or packaging industries
Familiarity with AI/automation within Salesforce ecosystem
Knowledge of SQL, SOQL, HTML, or Visualforce
Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik)
Agile environment experience
Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred)
Hands-on Salesforce administration experience
Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data modeling best practices
Background in IT support or CRM support roles
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams
