 Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior CX Marketing Functional Lead to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Customer Experience (CX) Marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in marketing automation, customer engagement, campaign management, and CRM platforms, with experience in gathering business requirements and delivering end-to-end CX transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead functional workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyze marketing requirements.
  • Design and implement CX Marketing solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Configure and support marketing campaigns, customer journeys, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Collaborate with business, technical, and integration teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Drive campaign lifecycle management, lead management, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Work closely with data teams to ensure customer data quality and audience segmentation.
  • Support integrations between CX Marketing, CRM, ERP, CDP, and third-party applications.
  • Perform functional testing, UAT support, and production deployment activities.
  • Develop training materials and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for business users.
  • Provide production support and recommend continuous process improvements.
  • Mentor junior consultants and coordinate project deliverables.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Experience (CX) Marketing implementations.
  • Strong functional knowledge of marketing automation and campaign management.
  • Experience with customer journey orchestration and audience segmentation.
  • Knowledge of CRM processes including Lead, Contact, Account, and Opportunity management.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and preparing functional documentation.
  • Understanding of customer data models and marketing analytics.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Technical Skills

  • Experience with one or more CX Marketing platforms:

SAP Emarsys

SAP Customer Experience (SAP Marketing Cloud)

Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Adobe Experience Cloud

Oracle Eloqua

  • Knowledge of integrations using APIs, SAP Integration Suite/CPI, MuleSoft, or Boomi.
  • Familiarity with SQL and reporting/analytics tools.
  • Understanding of email marketing, SMS, push notifications, and omnichannel engagement.
