Senior Frontend Engineer (React / Micro Frontend)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer with 11+ years of experience in building scalable, high‑performance web applications using modern JavaScript technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ReactJS, micro‑frontend architectures, state management, accessibility standards, and responsive UI systems. You will play a key role in designing and developing reusable components, optimizing frontend performance, and contributing to architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain modern, scalable frontend applications using ReactJS and Micro Frontend architecture.
• Build reusable, high‑quality React components adhering to best practices and design system standards.
• Implement state management solutions using Redux, Context API, React Hooks, and other modern patterns.
• Work extensively with JavaScript (ES6+), OOP principles, and design patterns.
• Integrate frontends with APIs using GraphQL, Apollo Client, Axios, and custom Fetch wrappers.
• Ensure application accessibility (A11y) following WCAG 2.0+ and ADA standards, using appropriate tools and testing methods.
• Deliver pixel-perfect, responsive UI using HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and modern layout techniques.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain high code quality, performance, and maintainability through testing and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 11+ years of hands‑on experience in front‑end engineering.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and JS object model.
• Expert-level experience in ReactJS ecosystem.
• Solid understanding and experience with Micro Frontend applications.
• Strong knowledge of OOP concepts and common programming patterns.
• Extensive experience with modern front‑end tech:
  • JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js (frontend workflows), HTML5, CSS3, SCSS
• Deep experience with state management:
  • Redux, Context API, React Hooks
• Strong API integration experience with GraphQL, Apollo Client, Axios.
• Hands-on implementation of A11y (Accessibility) standards.
• Experience building responsive and mobile‑friendly UIs.
• Ability to write scalable, reusable, and maintainable code.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with performance optimization, bundling, and build tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment workflows.
